TERMS OF REFERENCE(REQUEST FOR PROVIDING SERVICES – Engagement of Consultant for Creation of a Mobile App

The project “Institutional Strengthening Through Active Citizenship” aims to empower and engage citizens in environmental conservation and awareness also the project seeks to encourage citizens to actively participate in solving these problems. We believe that by engaging and empowering citizens, we can drive change at the individual and community levels. As part of this initiative, the project seeks to develop a mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms. This application will enable citizens to report various environmental issues such as wild dumps, polluted air, burning fields, overflowing containers, and other related concerns. The initiative is implemented by CYEM and supported within the project “Scaling-up actions to tackle air pollution” implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in North Macedonia in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning and Municipalities of Kavadarci, Kumanovo, Gostivar, Struga and Strumica. The project is a component of the UNDP Framework Programme funded by Sweden. The Programme also includes the project “Building municipal capacities for project implementation”.
